IDGlobal is an independent association and a hub for multidisciplinary research, innovative education, and the diligent practice of law. Its mission is to empower the next generation of leaders across academia, the private sector, civil society, and government to creatively and effectively address the social, economic, and legal challenges faced by Brazil, Latin America, and the Global South.
IDGlobal mobilizes resources and develops multi-institutional projects to modernize and internationalize research efforts. By fostering a global network, it aims to create shared benefits that bridge academia, legal practice, and society.
Our Mission
Our mission is to produce excellent research, committed to social and environmental justice, adopting a clear and objective approach. In doing so, we seek to train young researchers, promoting the protagonism of black, brown and indigenous people. We want our research to broaden the qualified debate on issues of social impact in different sectors of society, driving the implementation of solutions that respond to social, economic and legal challenges. For this reason, we seek to establish national and international partnerships and promote collaboration with civil society organizations, social movements, government authorities and the private sector.e o setor privado.

We want to strengthen the next generation of interlocutors from academia, the private sector, civil society and government to respond creatively and effectively to the social, economic and legal challenges facing Brazil, Latin America and the Global South.
